Order Processing

Each canvas is made to order and prepared with care in our studio. Please allow 3–5 business days for your piece to be printed, stretched, and inspected before it ships. Triptych sets and larger formats (24x36 and above) may require an additional 1–2 business days. Processing times may extend slightly during collection launches and holiday periods.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order leaves the studio, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S., depending on your location and the service selected at checkout. Larger pieces and triptych sets ship in reinforced, gallery-grade packaging to protect the canvas in transit.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email the moment your order ships, so you can follow your piece from our studio to your door.

Packaging

Every canvas is wrapped in protective sleeves, corner-guarded, and shipped in a custom Fairway Canvas box — designed to feel like opening a piece from a gallery, not unboxing a product.

Secure Checkout

All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment systems. Your information is never stored or shared.

A Note on Delivery

Estimated delivery windows are guidelines, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect timing. If your piece is delayed beyond the estimated window, reach out and we'll personally track it down for you.
