Refund policy

At Fairway Canvas, every piece is made to be lived with for years — hung in the study, the office, or above the bar cart. If something arrives that doesn't meet that standard, we'll make it right.

We offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Canvases that arrive damaged in transit
  • Defects in printing, stretching, or framing
  • Orders shipped incorrectly (wrong piece, wrong size)

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. To start a request, email us at stevem@mckeoncfmc.om with your order number, the name of the piece (e.g., Golden Quiet No. 01), and a photo of the issue.

Because each canvas is produced as part of a limited collection, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind once a piece has shipped. Limited edition prints from sold-out drops cannot be reordered, but we will always replace a damaged or defective piece with one of equal standing from the collection.

To preserve the finish and longevity of your canvas, please follow the care card included with your order — keep pieces out of direct sunlight and humid environments, and dust lightly with a soft, dry cloth.
